L’équipe de Recherche Clinique de l’Institut Phocéen de Néphrologie à Marseille est composée des 6 Néphrologues de l’Institut et de 2 Attachées de Recherche Clinique.
Nathalie Pedinielli est attachée de Recherche Clinique à temps plein. Après avoir été attachée à l’Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Marseille, Nathalie nous a rejoint le 1er Mai 2015.
Elisa Carreno est une ancienne infirmière d’Hémodialyse qui a passé son diplome d’Attachée de Recherche Clinique. Elle a donc la double casquette d’infirmier de Néphrologie et d’Attachée de Recherche Clinique. Cette double formation est un véritable atout pour aider les néphrologues dans leurs projets de recherche. Actuellement, Elisa travaille une journée par semaine à la Clinique Bouchard au sein de l’Unité de Recherche Clinique.

Une fistule artério-veineuse au bras plutot qu’à l’avant bras pour les patients >75ans
Cette étude menée par le Dr Sampol en collaboration avec notre chirurgien vasculaire le Dr Bertrand qui met en place les fistules a pour but d’étudier cette approche qui garantit un meilleur taux de fonctionnement primaire des fistules qui sont indispensables à l’hémodialyse.
Objectif principal : étude rétrospective monocentrique de la perméabilité primaire d’une FAV proximale mise en place en première intention chez des patients insuffisants rénaux chroniques âgés de 75 ans ou plus.
AMG416
L’étude AMG416 est une étude internationale de Phase 3 qui évalue l’efficacité d’un nouveau médicament calcimimétique dans le contrôle de l’Hyperparathyroidie des patients Hémodialysés Chroniques. Elle est menée par le laboratoire AMGEN. Il s’agit de la première étude de phase 3 réalisée à l’Institut Phocéen de Néphrologie. Cette étude touche à sa fin et l’Institut Phocéen de Néphrologie va bientot participer à la phase d’extension!
ALCHEMIST
L’étude ALCHMIST est une étude de phase 3, qui évalue l’efficacité et la tolérance de la spirolactone chez les patients hémodialysés. Ce médicament, qui diminue significativement la mortalité due à une insuffisance cardiaque, pourrait être efficace chez les patients en dialyse, chez qui la pathologie cardiaque est principale cause de mortalité (42%). Cette étude est menée conjointement par les CHU de Nancy et de Brest.
